I keep tellin my lil guy (now 3 yrs old) "Don't swallow your gum!" so we're sitting at church last sunday when I noticed the gum he was chewing isn't being chewed anymore. I whisper in his ear, "where's your gum?" He doesn't say a thing. Instead, he points at his mouth, down his chest and stomach, and then out his behind and makes a popping sound effect. I couldn't stop laughing. Sorry to the speaker because this was one moment I couldn't focus on the podium.
Last week I had one of my dad's relatives here to help me, because of grandma. She told me how much she loved her kids. She struggling with taking care of both her parents and has a son who is regreting not serving a mission. I sometimes think of how hard my life is, but talking to her help me step back and realize my life isn't so hard. I am blessed.
I was lying my kids room and watching t.v. when I hear them say her name. I am stunned, just not believeing that they announced that she had been a fatal accident. She was just here in my living room helping me. I can't start to understand what her kids and husband are going through. I'm glad I had the blessing of knowing her. My thoughts and prayers are with her and her loved ones tonight.

kids and their funny questions
Today my 3 yr old asked me about a pix i have with grandpa Sione. He asked "mommy u a baby?" I said yes. and then he says "you like toys." when I said "yes" to this he then says "you like transformers?" luv my lil guy.
Conference Sunday
Spending time with my hubby and kids. Nothing as good as this. We watched conference for a little while and then talked about football. Now that's something I had no interest in, but for my husband I try'n learn a little something here and there so I can bond with him when he's in "his zone." You know the one where you can be talking but they don't hear a word you say. lol. He works tons for us, his real full time job and then off to iate when he can gets time off. Couldn't have asked for a better man.
The kids are doin well. We have learned by mistakes that encouragement even when they're discouraged helps them in homework.
